“still waiting for refund - 4 months now!!”

I made an incorrect order on this shops website in Nov 11, I realised my mistake straight after checkout and "cancelled the order before picking"....only a few weeks ago I received an email saying a refund will be processed...however, still nothing - no on answers the phone, I have left several messages and no one picks up emails...this is very poor from such a large outfit....I wouldn't recommend them!!!!
