“Poor quality site and bad customer service”

After researching which camera I should buy I decided to go for a Nikon and after shopping around online, I settled on the best deal available on play.com. Now since play.com has undergone a rebranding I have not altogether liked the site, I found that the previous site, although dated was easier to navigate and more useful to use. That being said i placed my order and went to bed. The next morning I was told my card had been declined due to security checks that came back. I was shocked, as the card has been in my possession without any issues for over 15 months. I called the customer service team who told me to place the order again but same thing happened. I got back on the phone but got nowhere and subsequently lost my faith in play.com as a company. Not sure where this once great site and company has gone but i wont be ordering here again anytime soon!
