I am now on day 7 without a ciggarette after smoking at least 20 a day for 38 years. Yes I do feel a bit irritable at times, and a bit snappy but is this side effects or because i am not smoking. I havent had any bad dreams but did feel a bit sicky for about 10mins after taking the tablet so started having a few mouthfuls of cereal before taking tablet and felt fine. My first day without a ciggarette was not easy (my stop day was 12 days after starting to take the tablet) maybe I should of waited the full 14 days. I found day 3 was easier and it continued getting easier, This weekend I went to a party, had a fair few drinks, and was around people while they were smoking, but I did NOT want a fag..... very odd for me.
If you really want to give up smoking, try Champix they really do work but you must want to give up as well.
