“Smooth Operation”

Arrived at 2330 at London Gatwick to find offices closed in North Terminal. It would have been nice to know this in advance so we could have gone straight to the South terminal. We're able to collect car ok with only an extra 15 min added to the time needed to collect the car. Steep fee to drop car off at LHR instead if LGW £50
