Ordered my mum a bunch of flowers (spring scented flowers) if anyone is interested which said they came with a vase (which was a lovely clear vase on pic) and lovely fresh looking flowers. I ordered large and also payed a little extra for delivery so all together it cost me about £50. I was excited for my mum to receive them as the picture and description seemed/looked lovely, however they arrived this morning and I am so angry/upset and feel as though I have been ripped off! To start with, the bunch which was meant to be large could be held in your hand and certainly don't look 'large'. They arrived in an awful gold coloured vase and half of the flowers were snapped, dead and tired looking. They looked as though they had just been shoved together! Also around the flowers was a disgusting blue coloured netting which didn't even match the colours of the flowers so made them look odd and tatty! I am so angry to have wasted this much money. Although my mum was very appreciative she agreed that they were defiantly not worth £50. I was so embarrassed to give her them as they looked as though I had been garden hopping this morn and pinched people's flowers and shoved them in a poxy vase. You could get a nicer bunch from Tesco for not even half the price! I am pre warning people not to expect what is in the picture and description. I think the website should have stated that the vase and netting colour may vary from the picture or have an option for you to choose! It's false advertising and they just want your money! So after removing the netting and throwing away the dead and snapped flowers my mum is now left with a poxy bunch of flowers which look like £5 worth off a market stall. Thanks interflora!!! :(
