Ordered goods worth £300 for my son. They cencelled the order due to some security they have to go through. After the order was cancelled I phoned their customer services team. We went through security questions and I was advised if I re-order the goods online it should be all ok now. I did as they advised and you can probably guess the same issue happened all over again!! At the end I cancelled my order as could not deal with this company anymore!
After my experience I can say 2 things:
Their customer team is unprofessional
They don't know what they are doing
I have never experienced this bad service with any other company!
