“POOR Customer Service”

Like many other reviewers I ordered during the 80% sale, however one of the items that I ordered was out of stock. There was no email communication at all that the item would not be delivered, just a hand written note on the invoice. But by far the worst bit was that they still charged me for the postage on the item that they didn't send!!!!!!
I have attempted to contact them several times since and they won't respond to any communications.
My advice is to avoid.
