“Not Reliable, Dont join Virgin media, save your money”

I am in the process of searching for another broadband company. I was with Virgin for 3 years and I regret it. I am currently experiencing problems connecting to the internet. I have called them how many times to try and resolve the issue. The fault all along is on their side. They tried to make me do all these nonsense things to verify that it was on my side that was the problem. In the end, after wasting my time, money and talking to their people, they admit that their is fault on their line and that it will take 5 days to resolve. That to me is too long and I will not be compensated for this? Then after fixing the line, it will take another 10 days for the line to be adjusted to its speed. I am paying for unlimited and was told I would get speeds of 11 MB. I am barely getting 1 MB and I get intermittent connections. I am fed up with their poor quality products and lack of common sense in their workers. I don't understand why cause the customer so much problems by making them do all sorts of nonsense things to fix the internet when they can simply just send an technician to check their lines. Its simple way of ensuring the customers are happy because you are cauing me more grief and anger. Now I have to wait for 5 days to just have this blasted internet fixed. I have been paying how much for nothing. This is complete rip off of my money. They are simply terrible.
