“What service?”

Company failed to send me what I ordered (stock label was attached to the wrong product). After one week of chasing for a reply, then told no stock. Have now spent two weeks trying to get dabs.com to collect the item and refund my money. Not a hope! Another company (eBuyer) were brilliant, accurate stock count, competitive pricing, and next day delivery. dabs.com might pride themselves on service, but doesn't pride usually come before a fall?
