“Excellent Every Time”

Betterdeal came highly recommended to me by a friend who was renovating her property. Her father had just retired from a job as a buildings surveyor, and after interviewing and getting quotes from several companies he insisted that she went with Gary and the Betterdeal team. They've more than lived up to their reputation.
The first job they did for us was replacing all of the windows in one our rental flats. Barnet council were insisting on a programme of major works, including replacing all windows, and the bill was astronomical. Gary came out and gave us a quote that meant it was cheaper for us to buy the rights to the windows from the council (for over £1000!!), and then replace them. When all the works were finished we had saved money, and had much better quality windows and doors than our neighbours - EXCELLENT! The guys fitted everything in two days, then came back the next week to check that everything was fine and we were happy. We had one problem, which turned out to be our tenants not understanding how the windows worked, but if needed Gary would have come out personally to sort it. You couldn't ask for more.
Three weeks ago somebody tried to break in to the back of our house, slightly damaging the back door. I rang Gary the next morning, and 10 days later a new door was fitted. It looks great, and the fitters managed to fit it without damaging a single tile around the internal door frame - exceptional work. They had to do some rendering around the external door frame on a day that was initially very wet, and were happy to come out again to sort the rendering if it rained again before it had set. They were cheerful and polite, and were meticulous about cleaning up as they worked. Again, you couldn't ask for more.
I'm happy to recommend them to anybody, and have already done so to many of my family and friends. Gary is a good old fashioned honest tradesman, and I wouldn't want to deal with anybody else
