since almost 2 years i am using upc, since then, called tech support maybe 15 times, almost every months, no service. they upgraded my speed to 25 MB, but guess what i receive, usually around 7 or 8 MB. today i tested again, 0, 38 MB within 1 hour of tsting. i am tired of it, so tired. i feel ripped off, paying for a service i do not get. calling tech support, what they do is changing my network name all the time, saying its been fixed now. a month later, same issue, next change of name. what is that useful for? super dissapointed and would not recommend upc to anyone. try alternatives guys. guess even eircom would be much better, less speed but probably the speed you pay for!!!
