“Awful - Made a complete mess of my booking”

They messed up my booking so I had to pay an extra charge when I got to the hotel.
I booked a room for 3 adults at the Bayswater Inn Hotel London. I got there to find that venere had listed it as a twin-room booking for 3 people. Even so, the room was nowhere near the advertised standard.
According to the hotel this violates health and safety law and they couldn't simply put an extra bed in the room.
We had to pay for a triple room. Significantly more than the initial booking I paid for, for three adults. I could have got a better price on a triple through Trivago and laterooms (and many other sites).
Beware making a booking through them; if they're the cheapest, there's probably something wrong.

Will never risk going with them again myself; If you really think the price is great, call them before committing to pay for the non-refundable deals.
