Large parcel going from UK > Hungary via ParcelForce.
Collection was arranged for the next day. The courier didn't arrive, so I called Parcel2Ship the next morning. The advisor was friendly and helpful, and contacted the courier to uplift that day, which they did.
Tracking the parcel was easy, and it arrived in the same condition it was sent.

I would be happy to use them again.
