I have been a customer for over a year and have never had a problem or issue with the company. The staff have always been very helpful and ask if there is anything else to help with. This gives me the knowledge that my problems, which they were, are in safe hands and are being dealt with by experianced staff. I am always contacted when there is a change or a company has made changes to the normal procedures.I have peace of mind that my outstanding debts are being dealt with on my behalf to the best ability.
