“Would use again - top notch communication and service.”

I was recently after the illusive Sony NEX-7 after the Thai floods left their release badly delayed and meant that finding one was a nightmare. UK Digital seemed to get them in stock before anybody else I could find, or at least could give me the best indication of approximately when they'd be arriving. Consequently, they got my order and I had the camera the day after they arrived with UK Digital, so not bad service at all.

It's a shame that you have to pay for an express delivery service, but I was secretly glad that I was being pushed into express delivery as it meant I received the camera before the weekend on this occasion.

Due to the limited availability of this camera, I emailed UK Digital many times, and they were always very quick to reply, plus I was always answeredby the same person, which made things much easier.

I'd heartily recommend them, and will likely be making another purchase from them soon, for another illusive item that is due to come into stock shortly!
