I have been using play for a good few years now and have to admit the service has gone downhill to what it once was, post is touch a go with play it's either quick or very slow, it used to be very quick all the time, if you buy a cd or book the packaging is fine, but anything bigger and they send it in a unnecessary huge box with leaflets wasting resources. They are very good at prices sometimes cheaper then amazon before they price match.

So could do with improvement.
