“TRIED THEM ALL AND TESCO IS BEST”

I have been to every diet club there is over the last 40 years or so and it has taken been this long to find my perfect diet and to date the most successfull ever. At first I was wary of using an on-line diet but how wrong can one be. Not only are all your calculations automatic but you can talk person to person on-line if you need help and encouragement. I have chosen the healthy eating diet and have lost one stone over the last 9 weeks. Which to me is fantastic. I get great motivation from the mentors and I can swap my meals and they are still calculated. Eating is out no problem just track my meal when I get back or have an idea of what I am going to eat before going out. I have still three stones to lose but with the help of TESCO DIETS I am sure I will be a loser as well as a winner.
