“Do not use easy car”

I rented a convertible at Alamo San Francisco through Easy car : BIG MISTAKE ! No convertible were available at the agency. Alamo claimed that Easy car over booked cars. At the end, I don't want to know, I just understand that I never received the product I payed for. I will then never use them again.
