“Good Company but Not the Delivery DPD ”

I have been using Gems TV for some time now and had no problem with the product or the Customer service, but in 2 occasions I have had problems of having the delivery. First occasion DPD Delivery Company delivered my parcel to an address that I don’t know and did not leave a note. I had to call DPD to find out where the parcel was and only thing which I got was a rude women telling me to knock on some else door to get my parcel. Gems TV refunded the deliver charge even though it was nothing to with them (Thanks Gems TV) 2nd Occasion it was not delivered on the day promise and the time. If you are using Gems TV I strongly advice to check the delivery company and them order. GEMS TV PLEASE CHANGE THE DELIVERY COMPANY AS I CAN ORDER AGAIN. Thanks for all your Good hard work. NOT DPD DELIVERY
