“fantastic service and helpful staff”

the staff at hotel direct were so helpful and just one phone call took all the hassle out of booking a weekend in london. great choice of hotels and theatre shows. great rooms ready and waiting and theatre tickets organised for collection at the box office but the extra e mails and text from hotel direct just before leaving for our break were particularly welcome.great service and will definitely be booking with them again well done hotel direct
