Unfortunately one of the worst experiences ever from an online store. I bought bindings online last Thursday and I was very happy as I found them at a very good price. After this I send them two emails asking if the item has dispatched and any possible tracking number but I got no response. I thought that they were just too busy to reply. After seven days of waiting my bindings I was definitely worried so I decided to call them this time. The answer I got was “the item is out of stock, sorry, we will refund your money as soon as possible”. I am obviously disappointed because I didn’t receive any notification that the item was out of stock, I didn’t get any replies to my emails that they should have send by their own and lastly after a week, I was empty handed. The question is “what if I haven't called them?”
