“They work for the banks....”

....in my opinion; they did everything to get the bank off the hook. I was charged PPI for 6 years before i realised what the hell it was. The FO, who was a t*at, kept asking me on the phone 'so you know what PPI stands for?'. My answer was 'er, yes, i do now, that's why i'm complaining - but i didn't then - so i am not lying when i say i had no idea i even signed up for it (was a 'click this' box on an online application form - i didn't read the small print).

That basically means i was mis-sold it, as they didn't contact me after that regarding the PPI, or send me a reminder that i can cancel it. Baskets. The the FO sided with them - i appealed - they sided with them again. The reason given was 'you must have known what PPI was'. ERM, NO!! That's why everyone is complaining and getting their money back FFS!!!!

I recommend not using this bastd mis-service. They are obviously in the pockets of the banks. I guess a cosy set-up like any other British Institution that supposedly regulates something but in fact they are all the same people and drive of in their ferraris giving the rest of us the finger while laughing their rolexes off.

I hope they all get cancer. Not even joking.
