I have been following the light choices plan with tesco diets for 5 weeks now and have managed to lose 11 lbs, i love the plan as you can edit it and control it with ease, the only issues i find are the calories are sometimes not accurate and you have to check these, also the meals sometimes do not have enough variety for istance one week i was supposed to eat soup for an entire week???????????for dinner??????? however it is easy enough to swap meal plans.
Also i love the blogs and getting support and hearing how other people are doing, also i find it very therputic writing blogs lets me vent whatever food issues i have had that day and get some great feedback from fellow dieters.
I love the weight tracking graph and body measurement chart as you can really see how you are progressing which is great motivation.
Also some of the tesco mentor team have team have been fab especially Lisa Maher..........i had some brillent positive feedback from her but have not heard from her recently ....which is a shame as she gave me a real boost........she deseves a 5 * rating.
Overall i would reccomend this diet to anyone give it a go and see what happens hopefully by august i will hit my target x
