“Blind mother ripped off! £76.34 for 45 minute call!”

My Mother is 89 and 85% blind. Lost her brothers number so asked her other brother for the number, he advised 118500.
Rang it from Virgin Media, they must have offered to put her through bill arrived 45 minute call to a landline £76.34!
Dont know if its virgin media or BT who are ripping her off probably both, they should be ashamed!
And these changes were brought in to bring more competition to 192! Its a total disgrace!!
