Air Transat's customer service is terrrriiiblllleee!!!! Every time I call their customer service you can expect a minimum of 45 minutes wait time. How many people work there??? I think no one actually does. They want you to hold until you are so frustrated that you hang up. The automated message keeps saying that they will be with you momentarily, in a minute etc. etc. Rewording the same sentence does not make it any better. You know how annoying that is when you are on hold for an hour!! Seriously you need to hire more than one customer service representative!
