These are a good solid motor. I still get the same buzz seeing mine on the driveway as i did when i saw my first one back in 98. I've had my 99' saloon for 6 years now. It has virtually sailed through every MOT. It gets me to work and back everyday,it gets me gigs around the country, it takes my family on holiday, it carries my drum kit, it fits my child seat and all other baby related paraphenalia with ease. It still goes well, i managed to pretty much eliminate the infamous flat spot by fitting a 4.2bar fuel pressure regulator. I will say it's nowhere as spacious or economical as todays equivilent cars, but it suits my needs perfectly, and i'll do everything in my power to keep her on the road for as long as possible.
