For the past 9 months, American airlines has fallen of if the edge of the cliff for customer service and on time. The best flight that I have had so far was delayed 45 minutes. Todays flight has been delayed 4 hours so far with no take off in site. The plane came in damaged at 8 pm the prior night, yet today at the take off time they started boarding without it getting repaired. Over the 11 hour period that it was not repaired, there was no effort put in to ensure that repairs would be made for ontime departures today. This morning there still has been no effort to get another plane or do anything to support the customers. How do you get away with running a business this way? Not a single flight has gotten off of the ground on time today. I have truly lost respect for this airlineand wherever possible, I will not use them again.
