Over the years they were a great company to deal with, however over the past few months I have found them to be slacking in the support department.
I guess this is just another sad story of a company that once believed in customer relations with a personal feel to it, but as always as a company grows they all tend to loose sight of what really keeps the company alive...its customers and the service they offer which is a class above the rest!
In terms of value, you can't complain...I just hope they get their act together with the support department as they use to be a great team.
