“New ID - friendly and professional ”

My friend and I went for a makeover and photoshoot with New ID, we both thought that it was really good and we would go again without a doubt. What we liked best about it, other than the photoshoot that was like totally amazing was the way the staff made us feel like part of the family. We had done a makeup lesson with another company and the staff there were all really snooty and dolled up to the nines and looked at us like we were something the cat had dragged in. we both felt really uncomfortable and said we would never go to a place like that again. When a friend of our had a makeover we thought it would be great fun but were a bit scared after that experience but then we came on here and read a whole heap of great reports a lot of which gave the staff a lot of credit for being friendly and kind so we thought we would give it a go and we were both really glad we did because we had an amazing time and we have some incredible pictures and we feel like we were made to feel part of the family. I don’t know how one company can get it so right and another get it so wrong but I think the other company we used has gone bust now and I think it serves them right. If anybody out there wants to go for a makeover but is a bit worried about how they will be treated you have nothing at all to worry about at New ID they are very professional and very friendly and we will be going again some time soon.
