“Very poor overall signal!!!”

I have been on Orange since November 2012. I was very reluctant to change from 02 as it was an exellent network but did so as Orange contract for my HTC Windows phone was much cheaper.
However, I wish I never went on this network!!! I pay £26pm and unfortunatly I am now unable to use my phone due to complaints from the people I talk to about a crackly or buzzing noise and I sound like I am very far away from the phone which makes a conversation very diffuclt.
I was also excited about having a phone which I could finally access Facebook or Google on but I can barely ever get on the internet or use facilities on my phone such as 'Local Scout' due to poor Internet.
Does anyone else have these problems???????
It sounds like if I rang Orange they would not be of much help anyway according to these reveiws!
