“Play.com what a shambolic company”

First time (and most certainly the last) used play.com

After using many other mail order companies without fault what a shame I decided to order from this useless company!

Item brought in plenty of time (well thought so anyway) for a birthday present, but low and behold it never turned up and to make matters worse it can't be tracked and have to wait for weeks before play.com class it as 'lost'

Take your money immediately, spend ages despatching goods (well that's if they actually do which is debatable when you see how many customers never receive anything!), provide no tracking details or proof of despatch to help you trace your goods, send you emails that are no help whatsoever, make you wait weeks before will even think about doing anything to resolve.....

Don't even think about ordering anything from play.com - pay a bit more and know you'll actually get your goods (wish I'd read other customers reviews first!!!)
