“Online grocery shopping service extremely poor”

i have used Sainsbury's online delivery service on a few occassion now. on two of these occassions i purposefully bought items as part of their 'deals' but when I received these one item was not available. Instead of giving me another item that was similar from the deal they always give me something which is not, and which is more money. This means that my order ends up being quite a lot more expensive (around £8 both times). the receipt they give does not show how the 'swopped' items affect deals/ the order amount so it is hard to work out whether to keep the stuff or not when the delivery driver shows you this. Last time I ordered I got sausages with a useby date that was the day of delivery - as i got the items at 8 o'clock they were unusable. I have attempted to complain to sainsburies but have just been ignored.
