“Keeping my money”

Hi,
First of all I want to say thank you to Pixmania for keeping my €1,400 for 40 days and as I've been told from customer service, there is no guarantee that it will be available in a week!!This is illegal as u might know already. Just like PayPal is doing, and have been sued many times, paying the customers back plus interests for keeping THEIR money. Other companies, like Apple, charge u when the items are despatched or even after a week you had the item, just like happened to me.
Secondly, changing the date of availability of the products without even informing the customers, it's not making it any better at all! And the excuse is always the same, it's up to the suppliers but it's not! The item was in stock since the first day but then they changed it for a month later and so on...
Lastly, I have requested the refund over the phone and has yet to be approved. That means that I have to call them again to ask for MY money!!!
This company is a JOKE and I would NEVER reccomend it to anyone!!
