“Best diet yet”

After having tried every diet going, and I really mean a lifetime of diets, I absolutely rate this site. The focus is on me (you) from the start, rather than having to wait an hour to have a couple of words with the group leader or in a queue to be weighed, and yet there is all the support from experts and forums when I want it. I love the flexibility that the site gives, allowing me to cutomise it and make it really mine. Also the encouragement from, and availability of, the mentors. It's all so easy once I familiarised myself with the navigation.
