“Congratulations if your order turns up!”

I have attempted to purchase items from Gems TV a multitude of times, via their website. Easy enough to order, yet when purchase has been confirmed, my orders disappear! No items get delivered, luckily no money leaves my account or else there would be trouble, and no sight of me ever having ordered when I log into my account. On the first occasion, I contacted them and was told my payment details were wrong (they never bothered to contact me re this)and I could not have all the items I ordered as they had been sold. The two items which did arrive, one was the wrong size and the other had to make do as this was a christmas present. If I had a choice, the item would have gone back as the amethyst was disgustingly cloudy.

Since then I have attempted to make two more purchases with the same consequences as above. But most recently (today) I placed an item I saw online in 'my basket' and when I went an hour later to pay, the item had been removed!!! Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy.I have lost all faith in this company and will not be purchasing with them again.
