“Hard sell tactics that will totally stress you out”

Sales woman(Sarah) was supposed to arrived at 6.30 PM turned up at 7.45PM not a good start anyway after she measured up very chatty and pleasant (this was obviosly for information gathering prposes!) until we got down to the nitty gritty of her quote which started out at £12,000 after 38% discout which we refused. Then after a call to her manager it was down to £7,000 which we still flatty refused and told her not to go any further and the meeting was to end there and could she please leave during this process she became very patronising and condisending and not taking no for an answer. After repeated attempts of asking her to leave she completely stressed my elderly mother and myself this left my husband no option but to call the police, during this phone call she continued to sit in the chair and not leave. Only once the police spoke on the phone to her did she finnally leave at 9.55PM! One of the worst experiences we have ever had to endure.Use at your peril.
