I pity the poor ex-Continental Airlines employees who are now part of this sham of an Airline (United). I've had two problems today which could not be solved electronically and was therefore on hold for almost two hours before I finally hung up. I've been in the travel industry since 1977 and have seen the airlines go from bad to worse to terrible but this is the utter end.
Not sure what your problem might be but action needs to be taken.
