I placed an order and it took several hours for it to go through on the website. By that point I wanted to cancel but could not. I paid for expedited shipping but my order was not even shipped for three days and now, a week later, the shipper is saying the package will not arrive for another 10 days--so it may be more than two and a half weeks.
This company does not answer e-mails for days and hold time on the phone has been more than 15 minutes.
I wish I had known it would take almost three weeks even though I paid for priority shipping. I had had poor customer service in this past from this company so I am not surprised at how awful that has been.
