The worst ever! Charged me for not returning documents not received, charged me for changing details I was not aware of, charged excessively for cancellation (cancelled as it was cheaper to do so than pay premiums for new quote for equivalent car)
To top it all...they sent me a letter saying my DD had been cancelled and to pay up within 10 days or I would be charged again ...ONE day before the ten days were up! Also the DD was not cancelled. I will never use or recommend budget!!
