“XL no way!”

I ordered this sweater in XL (my size with every other retailer for many years) only to find Woolovers XL is actually XXL or even XXXL!
The sweater was replaced without fuss (except it cost me an further £3 or so) with an L.
Large is perfect and the sweater is great quality at a great price. I will buy more (L) in different colours.
