“Terrible and disapointed”

after I bought the eurostema Original style, a year ago. After that the iron never work again. and it is so sad I dont know to whom reply. because the box only givem the yahoo.com address. that is not what I want. I want to send this piece of trash to them, so they can send me a good one. During the year I had it. I only use 10 times.
