“WOULDN'T BUY AGAIN!!!”

i've only purchased from the jewellery chanel a few times and that was too many, 1st item was a rachel galley piece which is lovely so i ordered a bracelet to match at £149.95 the order was taken and the money from my account, 8 days later no item so i phoned customer service only to be told the bracelet hadn't been sent, i wasn't happy so i asked for a refund which i was told would be done straight away and the money back on my debit card within few days, 2 wks later and several phone calls i finally got my money, i had to phone several times at my expense only to be lied to by several different people saying the refund had been done then it hadn't, i won't be giving tjc anymore of my money, and i will stick to qvc, oh and the other jewellery i bought wasn't much good, the shamballa bracelets fall apart, so waste of money!!!
