Well, where do I start?!
First of all I ordered the item to be shipped to Sweden as the postage options said that this was possible. I had to order the product in euros in order to do so and the price in euros was far higher than the price in pounds.
After taking my money and waiting several days they told me that this order had to be refunded because they did not ship to Sweden. They did not refund me the whole price and claimed that this was because of the exchange rate.
I then ordered again to England, planning to take it to Sweden myself. Again they took the money and I waited, but nothing arrived. Eventually two weeks passed and I claimed the order as lost. Another week passed with no reply so I escalated the claim to Play.com.
Play.com then began a proccess for refunding me when the seller contacted me saying that they couldn't send out the redispatch because I had now applied for a claim on it. They said I had to contact Play to cancel the refund before they would do anything.
They then went further to add that I should check with my local postage depot incase the parcel was sent back there. The depot told me this was absurd, no they did not have my parcel because they do not get sent back randomly without a call card to inform the person that it has been.
I am now waiting to see if they will send my parcel or not. It is a month late coming to me and if it does not arrive this week it will not be here in time for my trip to Sweden and my boyfriend will never get his (now very late) birthday gift.
Do not order from this seller. They are an awful company who cannot deliver what they promise and then have their terrible customer support give out rediculous excuses.
Very unhappy customer (and customer at a push, because I haven't even received anything...)
