“Item Missing”

I ordered a gift for Valentine's day. The red heart balloon was missing which was really disappointing as without the balloon the gift could then relate to any other day or event. I have tried repeatedly to get through by telephone but am left haning for over 10 minutes. I have also complained twice via there online service. It has now been 3 weeks and I have had no reply from them , nor have I had a refund for the missing item. I will not buy from them again!
