“Fiji Childcare 2011”

I was not sure what to expect when I arrived in Fiji and at the base camp .. but once I was settled, any apprehension I may have had disappeared. The place is beautiful and I have never felt so at home. It really touched a place in my heart and I vowed myself to return .. Which I shall be doing in two months.

I don't think I can even put into words how much of an amazing experience I had.. The children, the GVI staff, the Fijians, everyone was so incredibly nice and make you feel at home. Seeing the impression we were making on the community was a delight, everyone is so appreciative of GVI and it makes you feel wonderful to be a part of it.

I genuinely cannot say one bad word about the entire trip, I felt so at peace while I was there, and I thoroughly miss everything about it. I cannot wait to return !!
