“Uninterested rude staff”

Two or three times I have visited the Abingdon store and found the staff to be utterly uninterested and rude.
Once having ordered through click & collect my order wasn't ready and had to wait ages for someone to collect my order & when I asked for assistance to my car with the heavy bags of food the attitude of the staff was disgusting.
I have had gold fish also from here which in total lasted 4 wks.
If bags of dog food is placed near till with no price attached don't bother asking for the assistance to give you a price because they simply do not want to know. Surely it is in their job discription to carry heavy items & give out prices etc maybe go out of their way to be a little helpful but these bunch of people just don't want to know.
Have had better experience from online stores.
