“Pathetic, annoying, waste of time.”

Don't bother with Waitrose on line, they don't arrive. I spent hours navigating a clumsy website, placed my first order, a relatively large one, a few hundred pounds, and they have just not arrived.
I live in a small village within the M25, it is from the local Waitrose, our address cannot be hard to find.
Ocado all the way - their delivery is fabulous, their sell by dates brilliant, their flowers beautifully packed.
I have no idea why I changed.
