“Excellent customer service and product pricing”

I initially inquired about a price match for a a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses. I received an immediate reply offering a discount and the best price I could find on the web. Ordering was a simple and easy process. The item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock - I received an immediate email from Kaila advising of this and offering a total refund but was also given dates for restocking and expected delivery. I continued with the order and received my goods in exactly the timeframe stated. The product was exactly as described and approximately A$200 less than I could have bought it retail - fantastic!! All my inquiries were immediately and courteously responded to by Kaila which made the whole experience very comfortable.
