“The Worst Customer Service I have EVER Experienced”

I bought a car parking sensor from them on 19th Dec as a Christmas present for my father. They eventually said they had 'delivered it' via a vague email on 29 January, which did not state where it had been delivered to. However it had not turned up at either the delivery address or the billing address. After two weeks of trying to contact them (they did not answer 3 emails, 2 submissions via their website form and did not return 3 phone calls) I was eventually told it was delivered to a non existent address.

They refused to accept any responsibility for the error saying it was my fault I had entered the wrong postcode in the form. They admitted they did not check addresses in anyway whatsoever, the did not send out via signed for service, breaching their own terms and conditions and they would not even provide me with the address it was sent to, until today.

They were extremely rude on the phone, excusing their lack of response by saying it was because they get so many emails. They refuse to help me any further in getting the gift that I ordered from them in good faith.
