Having experienced my first crash in 15 years I was directed to Nationwide via my insurance company to repair my car.
They collected my car from where I wanted, pick up driver was so friendly, and from then on they kept me up to date on progress of repair every couple of days - then dropped my car back, again to address of my convenience.
The customer service from this company has been first class, and so not what I expected from a garage/crash repairer, really I cannot praise them highly enough.
Makes such a difference when people are friendly, helpful and courteous - would definately use them again and recommend to others.
Particular thanks to Steve, Kevin and Paul who I spoke with over the last week and a half at the Wokingham branch.
